Marketing and Communications Assistant

Your Role:
Social Media & Online Presence

Plan, create, and manage content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram for the various companies within the Construx Group.
Design graphics for posts.
Set up and maintain LinkedIn profiles and provide internal social media training to increase reach among (potential) customers.
Launch and monitor campaigns in collaboration with external agencies.
Expand SEO strategies to GEO applications using AI tools.

Content Creation & Communication

Act as a content creator by conducting interviews with sales, managers, and customers, and turning them into editorial articles for trade magazines, social media, website, newsletters, etc.
Maintain and update the website via a CMS tool with information on recent projects, trade fairs, and news.
Edit and organize video and photo material in databases.
Create one-pagers, technical datasheets, and newsletters.
Collaborate with external graphic design agencies for product catalogues, exhibition stands, and promotional materials.

Events & Trade Fairs

Prepare and apply for participation in international trade fairs.
Handle administrative follow-up and coordinate with other teams.
Organize customer events.

Marketing Tools & Support

Design visuals and communication materials using tools like Canva, InDesign, PowerPoint, etc.
Set up (recruitment) campaigns.
Support sales teams with actions and tools to increase visibility of the Construx Group.
Update and safeguard brand guidelines across all companies.
Develop new templates for presentations, quotations, newsletters, etc.

You work closely with the Marketing Manager.

Your Profile:

You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or you can demonstrate equivalent professional experience.

You have an affinity with or interest in the construction sector; technical knowledge is a plus.

You are creative, flexible, assertive, and have strong communication skills (both internally and externally).

You can work independently, take initiative, and adapt easily.

You are proficient in tools like Canva, InDesign, PowerPoint, or other creative software.

You have a good command of Dutch and English.

A good knowledge of French and German is a strong asset.

A category B driving license is required (for travel to sites and company locations).
