• Good secondary school diploma (Realschule), advanced technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur), or general university entrance qualification (Abitur)
• Strong interest in technology and understanding of complex technical tasks
• Good spatial awareness and drawing skills
• Good grades in math and technical subjects
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Commitment and flexibility
